At T's 38 week appt, the doc said she's 60% effaced and 2 cm dilated, which is very exciting! The implication is that things are readying for baby day, whether it be weeks or hours from now. (Tracy note - yes, we know that women can walk around dilated for a long time - but a little dilated is better than not at all -which was what they said last week).

I think your belly looks significantly bigger at 38 weeks than before. That baby is getting ready!!!
